The earings were just what I've been looking for, for sometime, they arrived promtly and were nicely packaged if I'd been going to give them to someone as a present.

I had a lovely young lady serve me today called Seren . Very helpful, chatty , talked me through my items . Very helpful.

Today we visited Gold reserves in Swansea. I was served by a lady named Victoria. What a fab lady who dealt with us with respect, and professionalism as well as being super efficient at her job. She made the visit easy, and also remembered us from 3 years ago. I would certainly recommend if you have gold to sell. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Quick and enjoyable process, i chatted to Seren ,very good service, will be back again...

Excellent service by Victoria and a good profit from our gold odds. We were very pleased, and fascinated with the way everything was tested. Also the fact that she was very honest on a particular item we were selling, and explained how we could sell and possibly get more money from a s/h shop. Definitely recommend.

A staff member called Seren looked after me today and was very polite .. she explained the whole process to me and was very helpful. I would definitely use gold reserves again after that experience

I was served today by Bethany. What a wonderful girl. She went through my scrap gold and silver and I felt that she was totally honest in her assessement.
I was astonished by the value of my scrap gold and silver and felt that Bethany looked after me through the process of valuing what I had brought in.

Thank you so much.

Will most definatly use gold reserves again👍👍👍🍺

Visited gold reserves today to sell some gold and silver we were served by SEREN who was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly

Great service and very nice bracelet will definitely use again.

This was my first time using Gold Reserves Jewellers and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
I ordered a pair of silver and diamond stud earrings; they are absolutely gorgeous, the quality is amazing, especially considering the price and they look exactly as they did on the website.
When they arrived, I was delighted by the presentation. They were packaged so beautifully that I initially thought I had accidentally ordered a gift-wrapping service or something similar. The whole package looked so lovely which in turn made the earrings look extra special, which made me feel like a valued customer.
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and delivery – thanks v much.
