Excellent shop service and deliverypurchase online but visited store…
Made purchase online but visited store in Nottinghill and had a wonderful service. The store only had the product in black but I got the right fit after getting feet measured, tried 2 pairs of shoes, searched other shoes sold by the company online with the assistant of the employee. Later I purchased one of the styles/shoes tried in blue. Purchase was delivered super fast!! Excellent shop service and delivery. Not yet tried shoes as I need to get the cleats put on.

Wonderful Human Service

As well as needing replacement parts I…
As well as needing replacement parts I had a small problem with my mech that the assistant was able to fix for no charge. I have always experienced very helpful staff at Westbourne Grove.

Staff were welcoming. Shop was busy, but time was taken to chose cycling shoes and pedals. Very knowledgeable about product and advice in using my purchase.

Great customer service
The customer service at Balfes Westbourne Grove is first class. The members of staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really go out of their way to help their customers. Can't recommend enough.
