Great service all round.

Brilliant job on the service, including putting air in the tyres and giving it a wash.
But I wish they’d told me it was going to take a week, which wasn’t communicated at any time until I got a notification the next week.

The employees at Balfe’s are polite, knowledgeable and try to do their best. I always use Balfe’s because my expensive e-bikes require top ability mechanics to repair them: after a Balfe’s service the bike is always better than when i brought it in (they even clean the bike!) My only problem with this service was it took about 3 weeks when my expectations were a week: but I dare not given less than five stars because my bike is now in such good nick I could sing!

Your colleague told me that I had a ball back tire when I didn’t it’s the racing bike and it has slick tyres. I had a second opinion third opinion.

I had a great experience at Balfe's Notting Hill bike shop. The staff were professional and very knowledgeable, especially James who was extremely helpful throughout. The team was patient with my Cycle to Work (C2W) voucher situation, which meant the bike had to be held in store for a while. Communication was excellent at all times, and the whole process was smooth and stress free.
Overall a fantastic service!

Balfe's is a great group of local bike shops, featuring excellent products and reasonable prices. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, making them a great LBS for any neighbourhood.

Its an experience on my first e bike easy to ride but dont know how to use the e locking system
