Strange noises from front wheel.
I took my bike in with a strange noise coming from the front wheel. Turned out to be the bearings. They replaced them with zero fuss and at a reasonable price.

great performance
Initially wanna just to change the inner tube, insisted also to change the tires and to adjust the transmission, which turned out great improvement of performance.

Great service from the Sutton branch from start to finish. Loved the reward points on my e-bike purchase which allowed me to get a new lock and anchor without paying a penny.

The shop Manager was excellent
The shop Manager was excellent. He understood what we needed and helped us decide on what we wanted. Communication was really good and on the day I picked up the bike, everything was ready and waiting for me!!

Clarifying which pedal was left , or right.
Needed a simple clarification from the shop, about a pair of pedals bought on line( it wasn't abundantly clear which was left or right) ...thanks for the speedy assesment from the assistant.
