Balfe's Bikes Notting Hill- will never ever bring my bike for repair to this branch. Everyone should avoid this place. Bike repairer has zero knowledge about high end road bikes. Just avoid it

Very pleased with my Specialized…
Very pleased with my Specialized Roubaix sl8 bike. Bought at a good price and delivered quickly.
However the box was badly waterdamaged which was the fault of the carrier.I notified them and Balfes and received a very apologetic response from the carrier but no response from Balfes which was dis appointing.

Brilliant service
great communication and clarity prior to recent purchase of my Cube eMTB. In store service and support was great on the day of pick up where they helped ensure the bike was tuned and adjusted for my seating position, weight and frame. Clear instructions on how to operate and adjust everything. 5 stars!

Very reasonable pricing. No unnecessary upselling. Bike felt like new after service, new chain and gear cable. Beautifully clean. Ride was unbelievably smooth and rattle free. Very pleased overall. Definitely my go to bike shop of choice in Chiswick.
