I pre-ordered The Blood of Dawnwalker Collector’s Edition about two months ago. When I submitted the order, I saw the $224.98 get pulled out of my bank account. I was so excited to get this Collector’s Edition. I recently logged in to the BandaiNamco website to see if my game had been shipped yet, only to find that my order was “automatically canceled”. You can’t imagine the heartbreak I felt to find out the game that I had been obsessed with since it was first announced was not being sent to me at all. When I finally got a human on a text help line, they told me that the website pulled that $224 out when I ordered it, but then checked my bank account again recently and saw that I didn’t have the $224 (all of my money was in my savings account) and it CANCELED MY ORDER. I demanded a refund of the initial $224 it pulled out and they told me that it can take up to 28 days to get my money back. WHY?? Why would a website take my money and then try to charge the same amount again over a month later? It sounds ILLEGAL. BandaiNamco lost a fan forever. They took my game away from me THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR and are now making me wait up to a month to get my money back? I will never buy any other BandaiNamco products ever again. I took vacation time off work to play that game!!! And now it’s all gone? Ridiculous.

I bought a collector's edition of a PC game, the courier informed me that the D1 release date would not arrive, but the Bandai website did not give me a key to play at launch (a policy written on their official website which happens in these cases), I tried to contact their support and received no response, probably days will have passed by when this happens and I will have already received the game.

I pre-ordered "Elden Ring" and the shipping was delayed by 1 day due to the pandemic. The game had a release date on a Friday, meaning I would have to way until Monday to play the game. Bandai Namco EU, therefore, decided to send me a free code of the full game, so I could play the game on the release date. I've never heard of an incredible service like this before.
