Fantastic customer support!

Super easy website and customer service was very fast. I had to contact your company to get our government organization set up as tax exempt. It was a super-fast process and that was very helpful for the deadline we are facing with our order.

The charge for S&H is crazy

The charge for S&H is crazy. Then you are charged for returning, then you are required to pay another $20 for S&H. So end up paying $60 S&H. Will never use this vendor again. Will definitely look for another vendor

I shop online all the time. Never do I pay S&H!!! Nor do I pay for return items!!! From major companies to small businesses on etsy or eBay!!! That’s the incentive to keeping customers. They all use 3rd party!!!

There were missing parts

There were missing parts. It is unfortunate that the return period is so short. As someone who wanted to re-live their colorguard days, I was extremely disappointed with the missing parts. The shipping costs to return would have made it easier just to eat the cost due to my location.

Poor Quality. Not Designed to Last

Ordered flags for my entire team. Cost us almost $500. We purchased a set of flags that, developed multiple holes and signs of damage after only participating in one parade and two competitions.

When purchasing, the product description advertised that the flags were “tough enough to last all season long from practice to show.” Based on our experience, that has not been the case, as the flags only lasted approximately one month before showing significant wear.

Reached out to the company to seek some sort of solution as were prepared to order 45 more flags from them. However, they deemed that they were not at fault claiming "it was likely caused by an external factor, such as contact with a rough surface or improper handling". Meanwhile the flags are literally ripping at the sewn seams.

And since I can not reply to the below comment. Pictures were given and excuses were made. The flags were properly used and stored. And again, all flags are ripping at the seams. So even if the holes are deemed not at their fault. That still does not cover the ripping at the seems where the hole was made for the pole to go through. And since we did a parade where the flags never touched the ground. And 2 competitions that took place in a gym and again never touched the ground. The excuse that they came in contact with a rough surface is invalid.

Shouldn't matter what the use of the flags are. If they are being advertised to be "durable enough to last all season" then they should be able to last all season in all types of environments. So false advertising. Do better.

Such a shame and business lost. Definitely not products that last a whole season.

Thank you for your review. As discussed, the damage shown in your photos does not appear consistent with normal wear and tear. Under proper use, the material should not develop holes in the center of the material where no seams are located or exhibit excessive wrinkling. We appreciate your understanding. Repeat Customer With Another Great Experience
