Terrible customer service

Placed an order on 2/28. Received an email saying that the order was received. Here it is 3/21 and I still have not heard anything about a shipment or tracking or anything. I've emailed twice and will call today but from other reviews, I'm guessing that won't be very productive either as it doesn't seem like they answer their phone. I'd order elsewhere if I were you.

No good with tracking items.

Don't have a tracking number at all. I've ordered my items like three weeks ago and still haven't gotten any of them yet. Don't even know if I'm getting any of my stuff anymore. Pick it up guys or you will go out of business real quick. And start doing tracking number look up for customers we would like to be updated with our items at all times to know where they are also. Thank you!

Anyone there?

Have used them in the past, fast turn around times on the orders. Placed an order over a week ago, no delivery. Have tried to call, straight to answering machine, voice mail box full. Tried to email per their link "info @ barlighting" and comes back undeliverable.
I've spoken to the owner a few times. Good guy, hope he's okay. Two stars for me, I have an unhappy customer waiting on her hutch I built for her.

Great Service! Company is making some changes.

Wanted to say that LED BarLighting is where I have been getting my lights for the past 3 years. They have amazing products, but one of my favorites (the rigid strips) had changed.

The company as a whole is going through some changes and was actually going through some changes so customer service was slow and I was getting a bit frustrated. This was due to so many internal changes.

Then Mike came along. Felt like the owner of the company, maybe a manager perhapse. Coolest guy ever! He helped me situate my order and got me all squared away. Very apologetic and informed me of why Customer Service, shipping, etc was so bogged down

Nonexistent customer service.

Made an order on 2-8-17 for some LED strip light kits for some customers of mine, and needed them in a decent time frame. I never heard anything from Bar Lighting, even after calling the number on the website and sending emails to the info@ address as well as the contact us form. The only communication I ever got back from them was the system-generated notice that my order had been canceled and refunded on 2-20-17.

Great product. Bad customer service

I ordered 3 color flex strip lights and 1 rigid 4 LED strip cool white lights. 2 weeks later i only received 1 color kit and the rigid cool white kit. The lights work great and have used their light kits before on other projects and find them to be great. I attempted to contact them via email and phone with no response. If they had at least contacted me to let me know some of my items were on back order i would have given them a 5 star review but after 2 weeks of waiting for the product and only getting half of what i ordered and no notification of any issues or responding to my contacts is unacceptable. I hope they can resolve this and make it right.

Got correct power supply

Finally got correct power supply with correct connector. After getting connectors on light oriented correctly....magic it all worked great.

Very bad experience

Ordered led lights and transformers
Order came with wrong product
Customer service horrible not returning emails and phone calls.
I was waiting for return label 3 weeks. Product returned to bag lighting over 2 weeks and I still waiting for a refund
Will not buy it again.
Be aware!!!

Bad business

They made a mistake of making their item free, and when I bought, they cancelled my order days later. Still to this day they will not reply to my email but sent me an automatic email to review them. It's not my fault they made a mistake. Don't wanna just give it away, fine. At least have the decency to email me back and give me an explanation. Anyways, took my business else where.

Horrible Customer Service

My order took 2 weeks to get shipped. They didn't respond when I tried to contact them through email and phone, but finally shipped my order after I made a Paypal dispute.

Excellent Experience!

Shipment came on time and in perfect condition. Price was fair and reasonable, and installation instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely slow

Way over 12 days and still no response, when you are doing work for someone else you need orders filled in a manner .

Haven't received product!!!!

Ordered on 12/8. When ordered the website said 3-5 days. It's been 7 days and still haven't received. Call their number, it goes straight to the "we're busy with other customers, please leave a message and we will call you back" . I've left 2 different voice messages and have yest to hear back. Also sent an email and no response. Terrible!!! Looks like I'm out $80 until I figure out how to get in touch with them.
