We haven't had an severe storms, so I can't really get into to much detail until that major storm hits

The job was done in a professional manner and quickly.

Still loving my basement. haven't had many hard rains but so far no leaks. Mid Atlantic has answered every question I have had and have gone above making sure I am satisfied. Great company to work with.

Our installer, Cliff, was a hard worker! He did a great job and finished on time. Everything was cleaned up well, and works great!

The salesman was great. He assured us we’d be making the right choice. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in just two days.

Not too long afterwards, we experienced a rainstorm but our basement, as promised, was dry. It has been five months and several storms later and we are still happy to say we have a dry basement. We would recommend their system to anyone looking for relief from a wet basement.

Returned with a solution for an issue that. Popped up after installation. No arguments- no charge!😃

The installation was great. The clean up could have been better. the installers spilled some concrete on my driveway and wasn't cleaned up before it hardened. Basement is extremely dusty.

My work was postponed a couple of times due to the weather ( too much rain ) but when done the job was completed and am very happy.
Haven't had a leak and was able to replace the flooring. Basement finally looks nice with no worries of water.

We were told, the work will take one or two days, but took quite a bit longer. Area of improvement, is to have a well defined work schedule and resourcing plan, and sticking to the work schedule communicated.

The foundation of my house was originally built too deep resulting in continuous water, sometimes up to 6" , accumulating in the basement during rainy weather. Musty odors mold, and the need to wear boots to do the laundry were the norm for years.I saw a rep for Mid-Atlantic at a home show and he scheduled an appointment. An agent came and assessed the situation, gave me a quote I could live with, and within a few weeks my home was dry and odorless. The team took 2-3 days to do the work, and yes, there was dust , however now, even in the worse weather, my basement remains dry as a bone! If you go with another company, you're throwing your money away.

I am very satisfied with the crew and the outstanding work they performed in my basement. I have no fear when the heavy rains come. I know that my basement will not flood. Oh, what a great relief it is to be free from the expenses of a wet basement.

the initial crew were on time and worked quickly. However they did not explain how long the wait would be before the things they moved could be returned to their proper locations.

Work was very professional; however, sales personnel never explained that the “tank wrap” would result in some standing water under my oil tank. If they had explained this, I would have had the oil tank moved so proper repairs could be made.
