Battery Mart was very quick to respond.
Battery Mart was very quick to respond, as my initial crimper had a defective spring, and after sending pics they emailed a return label. After receiving a second crimper, I had to make a call requesting a full refund, as the second one got damaged in shipping. Battery Mart was quick to email a return label after I sent them pics of the damage. The manufacturer (Quick Crimp) of the crimper does not adequately package their products to insure they arrive undamaged, which is something Battery Mart should rectify in order to properly serve their customers. I did make a few calls to Battery Mart to expedite my full refund, once the crimper was returned.

Hard to Find Batteries
I had to order batteries for my solar lights since they were not available at local stores so I went online. I checked several sites comparing delivery charges, prices and reviews and chose Battery Mart. My order arrived quickly and I am truly satisfied. I highly recommend Battery Mart and will make them my place for ordering batteries.

Terminal screws too short
The screws that were supplied for the battery terminals were too short once the terminal connections were put on top of the screws. I ended up using the screws from the old battery (YUSA brand).

The website is informative, answers most of the questions about it's products. The rep was helpful when I called on the phone. The battery was delivered quickly, came as advertised, except for the "spacers"? Otherwise, the battery fit my motorcycle and is working perfectly (only time will tell as to how long it lasts). I bought the Big Crank battery to replace my Yuasa for my 08 Kawasaki Versys 650. I have heated gear, GPS, and driving lights on the bike, so the battery gets a workout!

The USPS tracking number stated that it…
The USPS tracking number stated that it was delivered in/at a mailbox but it wasn't my mailbox. I contacted batterymart to let them know that I didn't receive it and asked them to follow-up with USPS. They told me to contact my local post office but I told them it was a waste of my time. Will at batterymart said he'd follow-up on my behalf which is great! If the original battery doesn't show up, I will order it again from batterymart because they were willing to follow-up even though I gave up!
