awful people

awful people, exist only to suck the money out of hard working people to allegedly do bridge work that i never see. i’ve paid more to fastrak than towards my own house, if you live in the bay avoid commuting over their bridges at all costs for work!!

Violation for a paid charge

5 phone calls, submitted a written request, uploaded a copy of my bank statement, spoke to the supervisor. All of this over a 10-month period. Every single time they said it was taken care of. These people are stupider than a DMV employee. Today they charged me a $2 fee for them to fix their own mistake. These people are unemployable in any industry.

I live in TX and was in CA Bay Area and the fastrak car pool lane stated FREE and come to find out you ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A TOLL TAG ACCOUNT. But it is not stated anywhere so my son and i used it and got 3 violations that i disputed and they dropped 1 (the cheapest one) but want me to pay the other 2 from the same day and the next morning. How can they expect you to know that a DAMN TOLL TAG is REQUIRED when the signs say FREE for 2 or more. This is total ENTRAPMENT and should be illegal. They want me to open a toll tag account, Fastrak get a clue why would i want to open a toll tag account when i LIVE IN TEXAS!!! All CA want's to do is SCREW everyone out of their hard earned money. How in the HELL is someone to know a toll tag is required for the FREE car pool lane when it's not stated then they want to SCREW you. And their customer service did not care and ONLY wanted money$$$$$$$.

Sent a NOTICE OF TOLL EVASION with a…

Sent a NOTICE OF TOLL EVASION with a picture so bad you cannot even tell its a car. Then go to their website to dispute it, and it's a different plate, not my make of car, and so not my model of car. Go to submit the dispute and they do not accept the photo file type that they provide to your as proof of the toll evasion. What a mess and extra effort of work to correct an apparent and blatant error on their part...if you are going to send these things out at least have the courtesy of reviewing them, prior to accusing someone of a crime or stealing something.

Your online billing is a maze

Your online billing is a maze, with no clear path so simply entering credit card data. I had to talk to an agent and she was in a room with awful acoustics and lots of other agents chattering away so I had to repeat my credit card info but then the same thing happened when I tried to pay via the bot. Maybe the voice recognition is just inferior.

Unfriendly Customer Policies. Weak Supervisor!

I am disputing two tolls charged. 03/13 08:27 PM TSS $3.80 03/13 08:18 PM WRS $3.97 3/13 I opened an account with 91 Express Lanes. I called BayAreaFastrak on 3/13 at 1:36 PM PST with a Total Call Time of 7 minutes. I requested to remove my vehicles from the account and to deactivate the transponders. The Rep stated it was completed and he would send me Prepaid Postage Bags to mail back the Transponders along with an Account Closure Form. He instructed me that I needed to mail back the Transponders and fill out a form to receive a Refund on my remaining account balance. He assured me that I would not be charged by BayAreaFastrak ONLY 91 Express. I was charged twice last night. I called 3/14 at 0801 AM PST to dispute the charges. I spent 27 minutes on the phone with Linda #8132 for her to tell me that her supervisor who also refused to give their First Name or Employee ID stated that I need to supply my 91 Statement to receive a refund. The statement is quarterly, come back in 3 months while we hold onto your account balance too??? Terrible Policy!!!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They can't even get the notices ALL together to be paid - ALL SEPARATE. Called to dispute each one of the violations that happened the same day. Why can't they lookup stuff that happened the same day and give consideration for a day.

SIGNAGE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED ON ALL HOV SIGNS THAT YOU CAN'T USE HOV IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FASTTRAK.

I’m very upset every time the bill…

I’m very upset every time the bill arrives to my mailbox, it doesn’t say toll bill but calls it violation. And when I check my bank statement it also shows as fastrak violation. Makes me feel like a criminal and Its wrong. Crossing a bridge is not a crime . Also impossible to pay online or by phone as both state my plate # doesn’t exist so I have to spend lots of time to get to a live person to pay my “ violation “. There must be less insulting and easier way to pay a bridge toll

As a tourist it's very difficult to pay…

As a tourist it's very difficult to pay the toll for using bridges etc. Even more difficult to get human contact which is very frustration when none off the options match my situation.
Got an email because of a failed transaction and encouraged me to call them :-( Yeah impossible to get any help.
Have send them an email - no respond even 10 days after the email was send.
Hopeless company and wonder how US residence can accept such behaviour

They make up violations to charge you with. I have never once "evaded" a toll. Bullsh!t. These criminals know what they are doing. I can no longer visit the san francisco bay area without several of these moronic "violations" arriving in my mailbox like a flurry of paper.
I am so happy everyone is moving out of california. They also keep raising the toll prices. And anyone who disagrees with me obviously gets paid by their system or is a troll. F--k these made up "evasion" infractions. Life is hard enough. We don't need these horsesh!t violations and subsequent charges. shame on these people. With the moving out of california trend continuing, I hope their business suffers. Fk fastrak
