As we mentioned in our initial conversation, the feedback on product quality is very important to us and we have made the decision to discontinue this bedside table due to it's smaller sizing.
As the product was not faulty or incorrect and you did not have it's packaging anymore, we unfortunately could not do a refund or return.
We did however issue you a generous $50 refund regardless, in the hopes that it would ease a bit of the disappointment.

Good service
Really great customed service. I ordered a popular item and they contacted me as soon as they realised the item had ovedsold with timeframes of when i could expect my item to arrive which the met and i was given continued updates until my purchase arrived. Didnt give 5 stars because the item wasnt in stock and also when the item arrived the quality was good but not as high as expected...( screws for the chairs i purchased were taped to the wood frame, which, when removed, took the stain off and i had to colour in with a pencil)
