First class service from this company; we knew which mattress we wanted & ordered it on line.
It was delivered quickly, the delivery guys were very polite & they telephoned us to say they would with us with the hour & duly delivered the mattress put it where we asked them without a bother.
Would defiantly recommend this company & the price was astonishingly BRILLIANT 🤩 thank you! 👍🏻

Great service
I wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company. From ordering to delivery everything was straightforward and they kept us informed with progress.

Gary and Alex reassured me that they would do their best and together they skilfully manoeuvre around my stair case placing it my bedroom. Good product but appalling delivery service.
Sales and Products are really good, but the delivery side of the sale is horrendous. I had delivery dates changed with no prior warning or contact. One part of my bed was damaged when received, no issue with having a replacement sent out, apart from the delivery dates again, never turned up one day, changed the day, then changed that again without informing me. Unbelievable and appalling customer service around delivery.

Very satisfied
Visited for the first time last week at the Long Lane branch and was very impressed. Dylan dealt with us and he was extremely helpful with a lovely manner a credit to the company. He made us feel greatly at ease and was very knowledgeable answering any questions we had regarding the purchase of a new bed and mattress and we purchased there and then without hesitation.
