I ordered 2 ottoman bases and 2 head boards. On one the colour of the base was different from the headboard. As soon as I placed the order they called me to say the base was a different colour to the headboard. I changed it so they matched. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful this is the second time we have brought from bed factory and would definitely order again and recommend

Really thank you to the delivery drivers as we was not home , they waited 30 mins because we had to go out, they assemble the bed with no issues couldn’t thank Gary and Alex enough! :)

Build quality disappointing
Overall this sprung divan base with drawers seems to function as it should and was reasonable value in that respect, but the build quality left me feeling disappointed - the timber used is rough and not smooth planed, the drawer bases are thin hardboard and the runners have screws missing. Also, the fabric is applied directly to the wood with no padding, probably to keep costs down but in my view would enhance the quality significantly.

Very quick delivery and great service from end to start
Very quick delivery and great delivery and assemby service. Ordered the bed - delivered in 3 days. Delivery company also very good. Assembled the bed. Good quality mattress too. Same Ottoman small double bed was available via Dreams beds but delivery was 6 weeks.
