ABK Hells German…
Bought a 12 pack of ABK Hells German Lager from Beerhunter. Tasted this lager in a restaurant and really liked so had to buy some. Beerhunter offered the best deal. Service, delivery and packaging were all very good. Highly recommended.

I got a subscription £19.99 bec it…
I got a subscription £19.99 bec it promised 10% off. The beers are more expensive than grocery prices but they carry a wide selection - so thought it would be a good idea. I never get 10% off (tried to buy 2X now). I have to use the 3 free vouchers. Still, with shopping at £6.95 and a mixed case (12) of beers - some only £2 in groceries, it’s really overpriced. I’m very disappointed.

Regarding price, we always try and be as competitive as we can and understand that some of our beers can appear more expensive compared to supermarket pricing. As an independent retailer, we unfortunately can’t always compete with the buying power and large-scale pricing of major supermarkets. What we aim to offer instead is a carefully curated range of craft beers and harder-to-find products that aren’t usually available elsewhere.

If you're after specialist beers quickly these guys are the one. A little problem with my order (my fault) was sorted within minutes. Would highly reccomend and will be using again.

I love Thistly Cross cider!!
I love Thistly Cross cider particularly the whisky cask. Unfortunately they were out of stock so we tried the rum instead. Wow! They are just as tasty! Thanks for supplying these and delivering so promptly every time!

Unreliable.
You order a couple of things to be delivered by a certain date as a birthday gift. You get a call two days later to say they haven't got one of items - do you want a substitute? No, so this item will be several days late. You then get an email, a day after the promised delivery date, that the other item "is on its way". So not delivered yet either. It's a good selection of beers, but ramshackle and as they use DPD, delivery is a lottery. Order well in advance and be prepared for the usual DPD chaos.

I am terribly sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. I can see our customer services team have been in contact and that there was a slight delay due to an item that was out of stock but we had advised of this straight away and that the overall delay seems to have come from the courier DPD. Our sincere apologies again and we passed on our frustrations to DPD to make sure this does not happen again.

An excellent site with a great choice of beers and very quick delivery. I received a free glass that, unfortunately, arrived broken. I got in touch with Beerhunter, and they sent a replacement straight away (the Beer was undamaged). Keep up the Great Work.
