The package was delivered promtly, and well packed in egg box type box to keep secure.
The beers that we have tried are lovely, just what we expected. We tried the Trappist beers when we were in Holland and these ones that you delivered are just as good, thank you.

Nicely presented beer gift pack of Belgian Trape beer which is hard to normally locate in usual ahops. My partner will love it as a birthday gift.

I ordered a mixed case of 12 different…
I ordered a mixed case of 12 different Belgian Trappist beers. There was a packing error resulting in 11 different beers being included in the box with one pair of beers.
On contacting Beerhunter I was told that it was a packing error and they could not send individual beers. Whilst i understand this, the tone of their communication was disappointing with no apology.

This is not something we want to achieve as a small family run business we pride ourselves on our customers receiving top quality service from start to finish. With regards to your order I can confirm this has been escalated and that further training has been implemented in order to avoid picking errors in the future as well as further training for our customer service personnel to deal with unfortunate errors like this with more empathy. AI Customer Service
I was sent the wrong box (Ordered timmermans 8 pack and got a mixed fruit beer box instead). When I emailed to get clarification I was told the shipping policy is that beers are substitued if there is no stock, and this is shown on the website. I couldn't see this anywhere so asked for clarification, then got an email telling me the AI customer service bot got it wrong, and I was offered 10% off.
The box was packed well and the beers (although wrong) were all good. I would prefer to talk to a human if I need customer service support, rather than AI which will get fundamental things wrong.
