ZOOM Records review of Belfield Music Shop
I am a music teacher & ex- small retailer shop owner on the NSW far north coast. I recently bought x4 guitar hardcases from Belfield Music for my students.. I got a great deal PLUS Free Shipping up north. Unfortunately x1 of the cases arrived w scuffed tolex for some rough treatment in transit, This was NO FAULT of Belfield's these things just happen sometimes trading online. That said Heath from Belfield was on it from the off & negotiated a 20% refund on the scuffed case w their carriers. The cases arrived right on time & my partial refund was processed instantly. Heath looked after me for the unwelcome mishap where others previous had looked the other way.. I have another order in the pipeline for 2 more Zoom students, so guess who I'll be placing that order w next week. Such an effortless, cooperative and friendly transaction!
The ordered items were originally out of stock but were dispatched immediately they arrived from the distributor to Belfield Music Shop. Sent via FedEx to my address from Bass Hill NSW on Monday, arrived at my door in Bundaberg QLD on Wednesday which is also a huge feather in FedEx's cap.
If I had a gripe it would be that I did not receive any warning on the day of the impending delivery, other than that my experience was Top Notch!

I’ve used belfield music before to purchase random thing to have them delivered. So far they have never failed with the quality of goods and quick deliveries. I bought a guitar bag to fit a Gibson explorer and it was absolutely perfect.
