Since moving back to the uk two years…
Since moving back to the uk two years ago I was looking for a product (company) that could maintain my current hair and look to strengthen over the coming years. Belgravia centre has been nothing but supportive and guided me on what to do and how to achieve it. I’ve been impressed with the results and the professionalism of the staff who have suited my needs. I'm happy with my experience with the clinic
I'm happy with the product as I've seen the result from first few months. When I started, I was in a bad situation and using the product made me confident, very soon. The consultation is always good, very informative and if I have any questions, will soon get my answer. The trichologist examine and talk to me in a very simple way that I do understand them. The staff always are very available, over the phone or email, understand my request and respond, very quickly, feeling I'm in good hand, therefore, whole experience with the centre is very pleasant for me. The treatment is affordable and I'm very thankful for that. I love the scalp treatment, it's like a Spa for me. I thank everyone in the centre to make this experience, very easy and comfortable for me.

First Class Service for 20 Years
I've been with the Belgravia Centre for nearly 20 years and still have substantially more hair than had when I first went in aged 38 with pattern baldness. The service has been quite extraordinary, with regular contact and on-time deliveries every time. More importantly, I don't remember one error ever, with the ordering and customer service being swift and effortless.

Brilliant service
I was worried as I'd suddenly started loosing my hair, but I called them and they saw me very quickly. I saw Julia who made me feel completely at ease, and was very kind to me at a vunerable time. I was prescribed cream and vitamins and my hair had started to grown back within weeks. I would reccomend to anyone. A.W.

Very effective hair loss treatment
2026 April update: After more than 3 years with The Belgravia Centre, I must say I am really pleased with the results. The hair I had once given up on is regrowing and the changes are very visible. Regular check-ups with specialists ensures the treatment remains appropriate and it has been working like a charm. The experience has been great overall, and I hope it continues to be so.

Very happy with my results
I’ve been a patient at The Belgravia Centre since November 2024, and my experience has been excellent from start to finish.
When I first started treatment, I was experiencing early hair thinning at the top of my scalp. Over the past year and a half, I’ve seen a significant improvement — my hair is noticeably thicker, healthier, and overall the treatment has genuinely worked for me.
What really stands out is the level of service. The clinic is extremely professional, and the staff are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help. Whenever I’ve had concerns, they’ve responded quickly and reassured me with clear guidance.
I also live abroad, and despite that, the team has always been available — whether via calls or video consultations — which has made the whole process incredibly smooth and convenient.
Overall, I’m very happy with both the results and the service, and I would highly recommend the Belgravia Centre to anyone dealing with hair loss.

Very pleased with the results
Very pleased with the results, I’ve noticed improvement in just 3 months. Credit also to the team onsite including the pharmacy, front desk, treatment technicians and the hair consultants, everyone is always polite, well informed and professional. I will always thank myself for making that first consultation appointment and committing to the process.

Been with Belgravia hair centre for few…
Been with Belgravia hair centre for few years. I did stopped for a few months for and lost a lot of hair during that period. However I got back again for 3 months and the result is incredible. I notice it myself that my baby hair has grown back, went back for the check up last week. I can really see from the picture taken that my hair is thicker. Will never stop the treatment again. Would highly recommend anyone who are suffering for any hair loss

6 months on I am amazed at my results. I have seen hair growth and substantial less shedding. The shampoo is amazing and makes my hair look and feel thicker.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Belgravia Clinic so far. Since starting my hair journey with them, I’ve genuinely begun to notice improvements in both the thickness and overall condition of my hair. It’s still a work in progress, but the changes are definitely encouraging.
The team has been professional, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout, always taking the time to explain things clearly and tailor the treatment to my needs. It’s made the whole process feel much more reassuring.
I’d definitely recommend Belgravia Clinic to anyone who is concerned about hair loss or looking to improve their hair health. It’s been a worthwhile investment for me.

Definitely recommend, I'm glad I went
I have been reviewing the Belgravia centre for years and thought it was going to be very expensive for hair treatment. I was so wrong. I made an appointment for hair loss. The consultant who I met with was really lovely, professional, friendly and thorough. She talked through the process, took photos, showed me the treatment options and I was so confident I said yes and am giving it a go. Three months in and I can see hair growth, treatment is easy to use. I feel better and look forward to my next appointment. I receive hair treatment from the in-house salon, scalp mask and steam which is so good and relaxing. I would recommend the centre and the price is not expensive at all. Fantastic! I have been using the Belgravia Clinic…
I have been using the Belgravia Clinic now for nearly 2 years and cannot rate them highly enough. From the initial consultation through to over the phone, zoom calls, emails are always super efficient. The face to face appointments are always on time and thorough. My personal condition has improved hugely since starting to use them. I wish I had started using them before. The friendly and efficient personnel are always welcoming. It is so great to be able to talk to a person too rather press numbers on a phone call. Don’t change what you’re doing you’re great!

Fab hair regrowth
I have found the customer service at Belgravia exceptionally good. My hair has improved in terms of volume, my parting is now less visible and definitely not as wide as it initially was. I am pleased I made a decision to give this clinic a go. My first visit was in June 2025. Results have been great so far.

I’m so happy with my experience at The Belgravia. I did a lot of research before deciding where to go but still felt a little apprehensive at the start of my journey. I’ve found the staff and the clinic outstanding whether it’s the facilities, the expertise or the treatments. Everyone that I’ve met or spoken to at the clinic has been professional, helpful, reassuring as well as kind and caring. I’m delighted with my progress, I couldn’t quite believe it when I started seeing an improvement in just over two months of starting the treatment. The after care, in the form of assessments and regular in clinic treatments, are also very beneficial and reassuring.

Excellent hair loss professionals
I have been with the Belgravia Centre for ore than 8 years following severe continuing hair loss after the birth of my second child. The treatment plan was explained by the doctor and I have regular check ins to monitor my regrowth. I have been so pleased with the results, the hair has grown back so I no longer have bald temples and the shedding is significantly reduced.
When I actually stopped treatment during covid my hair all fell out again so I know that the treatment definitely keeps my hair loss at bay. Worth the money for a first class treatment plan.

Professional and compassionate care
Having been told by advisors at another trichology centre in London that there was nothing to be done for my balding scalp, I was at a very low point when I first visited The Belgravia Centre in October 2025. Now, six months later, there is a noticeable reversal in the amount of hair being lost and new hairs are growing on my scalp. Even my hairdresser has commented on the new growth. The staff, advisors and consultants have throughout all been professional and compassionate; taking time to understand my situation and to explain clearly the treatment process and what could be achieved. I am very happy with the results so far and would recommend anyone - male or female - who despairs about their hair loss to contact The Belgravia Centre. I am so glad I did.

Phenomenal Staff and Amazing Results!
I started my 1 year treatment course with Belgravia Hair Centre this January and with only 3 months in, I’m already seeing amazing results.
