Five stars for Peter who has visited my house twice to clean the guttering. Very satisfied with his work and his approach to the customer both times.

However, I have had issues with the “hard sell” approach to return visits and the way my concerns were dealt with by the three people I spoke to on the phone yesterday.

Sadly I will not be using the company again.

Joshua Vassallo -the cleaner who came today was great. Friendly, polite and professional.
He went the extra mile to do a really good job and make sure I was happy with the clean.

Reliable, on time, polite and great service

Climbed to the top of the gutters and made sure they were clear as well as the downpipes. Efficient, courteous and effective.

Mariano arrives ontime as planned, he was polite and friendly. Gutters promptly cleaned and was careful not to make any mess (no side access to back of house, so have to go through house). Explained work completed and answered any questions. Would use again.

The operative was courteous and quick. Even took some photos of damage he found on the roof to show us, and fixed a bracket. Would easily recommend the whole service

I used Ben’s Gutters a while back when I owned a house, before moving to a flat. The service was fine; however, since then, they have continued calling me despite me asking several times for my number to be removed, as I no longer own a house.

Had I known this, I would never have used this company. My advice would be to avoid them unless you’re happy to be bombarded with marketing calls even after asking them to stop.

Be aware of 4 people in plain white van posing as Ben's Gutters company. One person wiped outside of guttering while the others looked on. Nothing else done. Demanded large payment from very elderly person and disappeared. Too late I realized that these were not genuine Ben's Gutters workers. I am writing this review as a warning to other people to be aware of these scammers who are doing the rounds using the company's name.

Easy to book, cleaner punctual, helpful and polite. A great job done on cleaning 2 linked 3 storey houses both removing debris in the gutters and cleaning outside , fascias and downpipes. Care shown to both properties throughout. cannot recommend them enough.

We had our gutters and conservatory roof cleaned yesterday 16th April's by Csaba. He was such a wonderful person, extremely polite and brilliant at his job . We need more people like him in this world.
