John was excellent. If we would have been given a hard sell we would have walked out. He took time to show us the different mattresses and th different options. All the staff that helped us that day were great. Thank you. We can’t wait for our new bed.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish. Helpful in the showroom even though I went home and ordered online. Kept up to date with delivery. Delivery men very professional and courteous. Would recommend.

Straight Forward Transaction & Delivery. Friendly Staff at all Stages.
Overall, a straightforward transaction in the store when we decided on which divan & mattress suited us. The date we agreed on for the delivery in February went ahead as planned. As promised, a telephone call was made about 40 minutes before delivery time by the delivery team, and these staff members were very helpful throughout.
We are overall satisfied with the bed and base, although on unpacking, we did find a crack in one drawer. This was the drawer where the bag of four slider feet were and we assume this crack happened during transport, as the bag could move freely in the drawer. This is why we only give four rather than five stars, and if an available choice, we would have given 4.5 stars.

A fabulous experience. From arriving in the shop, to trying the beds out, to signing the paperwork, to comms about delivery and finally, delivery. Can’t fault them at all. Thank you. (And the mattress is great too!!)
