Good service and quality
My granddaughter got her bed from Bensons so went in to look the staff are so friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough to help I tried a few mattresses till I got the right one for me
Prices are very reasonable and quality is very good
It was delivered when I wanted it and the men were very helpful can’t fault Bensons at Altrincham would definitely recommend them

Service above and beyond
Chris Rogers the manager of Bensons beds at Altrincham arranged the rescheduling of my original order.Which was based on, delivery of beds and mattresses from 2 seperate companies and an lnstallation and disposal operative All needed to be received together on same day. I was apprehensive that 2 seperate drops could go wrong.His actions in reassuring me and arranging a single drop of all items, with supply, fit, installation and clearance, allowed me to relax.Everything worked out perfectly on the day. My thanks to Chris and his team.

Protect your rights - ALWAYS buy online
Bensons frequently have sales and promotions so beware of buying in-store! If you buy online you get 14 days rights to cancel for free. If you buy in store, you only get 7 - after that you get stung with cancellation fees and/or amendment fees if you want to cancel or change an order, even if it’s not been delivered yet.
I’m now £90 down - compared to if I’d bought online - as a result of Benson’s reducing their prices in the sale and charging me an 10% amendment fee to reorder. I also have to wait another week for delivery. It’s no fault of the store staff, but I will never buy in store again unless Benson’s change their policy.

The informative, helpful and pleasant advice from ( becca , at the altrincham store) and the delivery guys were within the 2hr time frame. Everything ran smoothly and would definitely recommend that store and company to anyone through the helpful customer service I received.

Great service and delivery
Very pleasant experience. Excellent service from store manager in Altrincham. Fast demo, explanations, arrangements for delivery, courteous etc. Delivery was exactly as arranged and the product is now in place and performing to expectation!
Would have been better if the product hadn’t gone into the sales a few days after we bought at full price!! But that’s the nature of sales- we bought at a acceptable price for us!

Mis sold mattress and no refund
They sold us a mattress for £1000.99 .
We received the contract via email . They then told us they had made a mistake and could not sell it to us at that price!!! They cancelled the order. But they have not refunded me and are making excuses as to why not .
Dreadful company
To deal with and the manager of the White City store is dreadful , both hopeless and rude

Throughout the process from visit to the store, the welcome, the bed testing experience and delivery everyone I came into contact with were great. The information provided about my mattress purchase including maintenance and how I was kept informed while awaiting delivery was second to none.

Disappointed with the false…
Disappointed with the false commitments. During our inquiry, the sales representative assured us that the order would be delivered the following week. However, after placing the actual order, the delivery date was set for one and a half months later. The store should be transparent and inform customers about delivery timelines upfront instead of misleading them. This experience was at the Altrincham Retail Park store.
