Friendly staff, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

The sales person listened to my requirements and needs and took us through each option step by step. Answered all questions that came to mind and looked to provide detailed information on delivery. It was a pain free and excellent service.

The right balance of being available to help, but not dominating the conversation or being pushy. No forced selling of any extras. Friendly staff. We felt that we had the freedom to take the time to browse and ask for more information when we were ready. Once ordered in store, we were really surprised at how short the delivery time was - a real bonus!

Vicky and Tom were very helpful to me in selecting the right bed for myself. Vicky gave me all the correct information related to the dimensions and checks needed to take the bed in my room through the stairs. She also provided me with the samples for the fabric and information about the zip lock mattress. This was the main reason for me to buy the bed and mattress from their store

Good customer service. No pressure to buy today. Honest about discounts available. Showroom had enough selection to ‘try’. Salesperson was helpful, and knowledgeable to a point. Easy transaction, but then we paid by credit card and not their 0% finance. Not sure sales floor is ideally located, as is within a luxury Italian furniture store. Seemed a little out of place.

Going in person to Benson for Beds was well worth it. I was able to try several beds and able to mix n match to find the best bed for. The customer service I received made all the difference

Great customer service from the Aylesford team, coupled with good product knowledge. A nice showroom, with a good selection of mattresses, divans/frames and headboards to look at.

I order a bed from you they arrange for someone to come and take the other one away I had text message and emails from Benson for bed on the day before to say is everything OK for your bed to be delivered the next day yes I said in the afternoon I got a phone call saying its not in stock leaving me with no bed it was to be delivered on 19 June now it's 8 July the warehouse phone me so no bed for18 days not happy I then rang Bensons for beds and told them they have no other beds in stock all I was told sorry great customer service
