Bensons Beds Maidstone
Recently purchased a mattress from Stewart at Bensons in Maidstone. Excellent customer service, excellent knowledge and advice. We explained that we had purchased a bed frame elsewhere due to costs but this did not phase Stewart or make him treat us any differently. All round excellent experience

Perfect and stress free
Visited the Aylesford Store, met by Vicki, who was friendly, helpful and super efficient, listened to what we wanted, pointed us in the right direction, and base/mattress chosen without fuss or pressure, was a delight having her deal with our order

Bensons For Beds provided an average experience. Tom and the other staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through the bed selection process and answering all our questions. While the service was helpful, there was nothing particularly outstanding that sets it apart. Overall, a standard visit to the store.

Sleep time purchase
A five star purchase experience in every respect, in fact I would say ten out ten would be more appropriate. Both members of staff with whom we dealt with were extremely helpful and showed excellent product knowledge.
