Shocking service
Promised a delivery date 18/3 that didn’t happen then promised 1/4 now it’s 9/4. Banbury shop didn’t answer phone, when you finally speak to someone they say they will call back but don’t. Customer service said there’s a delay in manufacturing but no one had the decency to tell me. Very disappointed with the service.

Brilliant customer service!
Served by a gentleman named Michael. Very pleased with his customer service, seemed to understand me and my partner as people and not just potential customers. Very informative, helpful encouraged us to try as much as we wanted. Brilliant knowledge of the offers they had and how he could help us. 100% would recommend 👌

Excellent customer service!
We had a really good experience buying our bed. Mandy was very informative without being pushy. She gave us plenty of time to look around and test the beds. We were pleased to get 25% of our order which saved us a lot of money.
