Benson for beds have a good knowledge of our history buying beds from them. This was helpful in making comparisons when purchasing our new mattress. The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. They kept to the delivery date. I was being frequently updated about my purchase and delivery date via email and text. I have purchased three beds from bensons. They are reliable. Their products are very good quality. The staff are friendly and approachable. Bensons thought of everything throughout the whole transaction. They are consistent and been around for many years. We value consistency in a climate of uncertainty. Thank you to all the team. We are truly happy we our purchase, its of great quality and we value how reliable you are as a business and customer focused. There is nothing I would change about the service.

This is the 4th bed I have purchased over the years from Bensons. First time from the Bilston store however I have to leave a review for Lisa who absolutely brilliant! Not pushy but helpful, informative and very professional. Looking forward now to receive my new mattress in a couple of weeks time.

Service in store good but delivery let…
Service in store good but delivery let it down told would get a call but had to phone them . On delivery only one person so had to help lift which was difficult due to medical reasons and not supposed to lift due to heart failure but had no choice due to only one delivery person doing the drop
