The experience in store was very good. We were allowed to take our time, ask questions, and were not subjected to a hard sell. We didn't actually intend to buy a bed that day, but the quality of the displays and general atmosphere in store, combined with the friendliness of Sandra, convinced us to choose BFB. The delivery was a great service, and we would like to thank Ant and Duncan for their assistance. Highly recommended!

The Assistant in store was fantastic however the manager of the blackpool store was miserable and very unhelpful

They were in touch at regular intervals informing of latest status. All the staff from the lady at Blackpool (Monica) and the delivery man Chris and his helpers.
The bed and mattress were delivered, fitted and old one taken away (there was a charge but it was worth it) and were in my home no longer that 25 minutes. Perfect. They left the bedroom in good clean order taking away all bits of packaging etc. Highly recommended. Quality of mattress and bed also good but only had it for 3 days but not expecting any problems.

Sandra in the store was very informative and helpful when we were choosing our new mattress and guided us through all the options. The delivery staff arrived as expected and were very professional.

Gemma was very knowledgeable and helpful while we were choosing our mattress.

NOT BLACKPOOL STORE Leeds crown point west Yorkshire plenty of parking this was on a Saturday From the moment we walked in the store the advised introduced himself as craig he was very welcoming I told him are budget he showed us 6 bed mattresses he explained the type of mattresses and said try the mattresses in private and he was back to see how we got on and explained each choice we liked and cost he was polite chatty he didnt pressure us in to extras he did say what we could have for are budget price and delivery and location of the room we would like it put in we are waiting for delivery date 2 weeks so can not comment as yet overall happy customers thank you Craig the service /advice was great staff was great a good experience thank you Craig Angela and Chris.

The staff are excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I have used Bensons previously and I know that they are professional all the way down the line to the delivery person.
