Very easy process, Phil at middlebrook store went through all the options, he was super knowledgeable and very helpful.
There was no rush, we were able to take our time and consider our options.
No issues with delivery, arrived on date we asked for and unpacked and set up.

Top customer service
We were helped by two employees who were both super helpful and gave us lots of time to decide which bed was for us. Lots of useful advice. We even went back and dealt with the same person who helped us get a great deal on a mattress too. Top customer service.

Excellent service
From start to finish everything has been great. Phil at bensons for beds at middlebrook couldnt do enough for us. Very knowledgeable. One thing i hate is when sales people constantly follow you around and make you feel pressured. I didnt get this here, i got honsst information and was left to browse in my own time and whenwver i needed assistance he was there to help. When it came to the delivery they made every effort to make it as smooth as possible....first stop bang on time. However the tracking app still said they was at the depot when they was outside my home so id just go with when they call you. Very friendly and made sure they took all the rubbish away. Would recommend.

The in store experience was great, having just come from a competitor. Really practical and useful advice. Didn't feel like I was being sold to. We learned a lot, bought on the day thanks to a great deal. The delivery service was great too.

Great experience and customer service
We went to Bensons for Beds and had lengthy advise on what product would be best for us. Ordering and delivery was easy and straight forward and on time. Still getting used to the new mattress but only had less than a week. Thanks again for all the help.

Visited the store at horwich to…
Visited the store at horwich to purchase a bed, Sara was extremely helpful and helped us choose the right one for us. We then went back to purchase a set of drawers and wardrobes which we had also discussed with her. Visited a third time to purchase more wardrobes but as Sara wasn’t in saw Hawa who was also very helpful I then decided to add some extra drawers on and did this over the phone. Excellent customer service!
