Nothing was too much trouble for Hawa. She gave clear, competent advice and was very helpful. We have been kept informed at each stage.

Excellent service
Thanks for the reminder from Benson's Homes about checking if the bed size is fit for our room. Luckily, we could change another bed size free within 7 days cancelation period. The in store staff, Simon is so lovely and helpful to help along. I really can't say thank you to all of you guys! Very appreciative all the service from Benson's Home.

All three times our experience at this store has been outstanding. We have spent a considerable amount of money but we saved a hell of alot. The options they give you to buy is amazing we made several orders and we only had to pay 20 percent deposit without financing as we are currently buying a new house and we cant apply for finance at the monthly. This ment we got the sale prices by the way it made us buy more.
All the staff were so nice, but ashely was amazing at her job and treated us very well she spent quite a long time with us. Helping us choose, answering questions going back and forth with our decisions but through everything she was calm collected and patient. We honestly really enjoyed shopping at this store. Thank you. Fantastic Staff at Benson Beds Bolton
Excellent staff at bensons beds.
We went to buy a mattress and Craig was so helpful in explaining the details of the many mattresses. He left us to try different ones and kept coming back to us when needed, therefore not putting pressure on us to buy immediately. We did take a while ( over two days) but his patience was brilliant.
We made the right choice in the end and the whole process was seamless and we are very happy with our purchase.
Craig and Hawa both brilliant and a credit to the company …. Many thanks 😊
