Nothing was too much trouble for Hawa. She gave clear, competent advice and was very helpful. We have been kept informed at each stage.

The team at your Bolton store were extremely helpful. There was a slight delay due to the circumstances oversees but this could not be avoided and they kept us up to date constantly on our product. The bed is very comfortable and looks aesthetically great in the room. It has a lot of storage room underneath. The inner metal bar was slightly bent but we are still able to use the bed for the desired reason. We have since been back to purchase bedroom furniture (wardrobe, bed side draws and chester draws). The only down side is that it doesn’t come with a dressing table!

Positive energy when talking to sale team and very supportive and friendly with lots of knowledge about the beds. Simon who served me offered all options and provided lots of information and advice about the beds and the cover that is offered at bensons and I could give my trust in what he told me.
