Showroom Service First Class
Cannot comment fully. The experience of deciding which bed and mattress to buy was great. The service offered by the salesman was good. We were able to purchase a reduced price mattress which was covered and ready for collection when needed. I cannot however comment on the delivery of the other items as we have to wait 19 days for delivery - not particularly good.

From the second we entered the store our experience was lovely. No pushy staff - no rush and when I asked questions the lady was so helpful.. a very quick purchase on our behalf and knowing the wait was so quick sealed the deal.

Large selection of mattresses to choose…
Large selection of mattresses to choose from. We were served by a very helpful man who did not make us feel rushed. Very quickly received an e mail about delivery date. And 2 days later another telling us a delivery slot. Very happy with the service we received.

I was welcome nicely
I was welcome nicely, with a smiley polite lady, she came over and asked if she could help I told her what I was looking for being I already researched the bed on their website and was taken to the one I wanted + tested it and very happy with my choice + her assistant was great. No time was wasted being I researched it + asked questions and was very impressed & satisfied. Many thanks.

Just to say staff were fabulous with C C , as a young man with learning needs they were patient listen to him, Left him and gave him plenty of time. As he does repeat and ask lots questions. Thankyou both ladies that we dealt with when purchasing his new bed..
