Mattress arrived bang on time. We were notified of the delivery slot in good time. Mattress is very comfortable and has improved our sleep quality.

Awful experience unhelpful and charged…
Awful experience unhelpful and charged 20% to cancel my order as the item I wanted to change to was cheaper and they said I would not get the difference back . AVOID!!

never told of additional charges
There was no problem with the service within the shop but I was never informed at the time that there was a £39 delivery charge. I received the 10 % discount within the shop and just assumed my maths was off, it was only when I got home and filled the online paperwork in that I noticed the additional charges that I was not made aware of. Made me very annoyed and disappointed, including disappointed in myself for not picking the additional charges up.
