The staff were great

Perfect sales and Customer Service
The ladies in your store are so friendly, I went with my mum who is in her late 80’s, nothing was to much trouble, they were exceptionally patient with her, and never once made her feel under pressure to buy. I took her there following our purchase about 12 months ago, for exactly these reasons. Kind, understanding and friendly, you’d think that was simple, but so many places get this so wrong. You have your approach spot on and your staff are a credit to you!

Customer service = 0
Advertising 0% credit then not being able to do this. The shop kept telling me I should have an email, the head office said the shop should set it up for/with me. Rubbish customer service.
Delivery guys really respectful on saving grace.
