No pushy sales people
The sales person, Emma, was very welcoming when we first entered the store, she asked us if she could help and what we were looking for. We explained that we wanted an Ottoman bed and a firm matress for us and a bed and matress for our spare room. We (I) tried quite a few different matress and pillow combinations before we settled on the bed and matress combinations we wanted. Emma prepared a quote for us to think about and explained that there was no obligation to purchase. She also said that deals change regularly and if a better deal came up she would contact us. She contacted us a couple of days later, that resulted in a price drop saving us a deal of money. Top marks to Emma and the Bensons team

Excellent display of mattresses and beds

Your Cannock store staff were amazing they helped my elderly mother get the bed she wanted they were extremely friendly and made the experience a great one this along with the delivery service which filled all expectations and those guys were polite and friendly too well done bensons I will definitely recommend you to everyone in future 😁👍

Terrible service from start to finish
Terrible service from the very beginning.
Mistakes from sitting in the shop, getting the price wrong, delays and changing delivery dates, then a delivery no show (due to an error with their system apparently) resulting in us having to sleep on the floor for 10 days due to taking our bed down expecting delivery which did not arrive.
Then finally when it does arrive, the product was dirty and the delivery guys did not deliver to the room.
Shocking service!
