We went to Bensons for Beds Castleford…
We went to Bensons for Beds Castleford where choice was huge. We was pleased by Lady call Jude in store which answer to our every question. She give us the 5 star ⭐ customer service and our new bed with Eve mattress end that up like a cherry on top of the cake. Kind regards Justyna and Damian. Jude and staff were amazing!
The staff and especially Jude were very attentive and helpful ensuring we were not rushed in making any decisions in haste. There were plenty of beds and mattresses we were able to try making the whole process very easy.

This is my another visit to the store…
This is my another visit to the store and just to look around to see what I like . But ended buying new bed bit bigger then previous one . Help from the staff I recived was great one ,they are best there .

Walked in and was greeted by Jim who to…
Walked in and was greeted by Jim who to either leave us alone to try the mattresses on our own, or he offered to show us different types of mattresses, ie natural fibres, gel, memory foam etc. Jim was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail answered our questions, took us through the mattress pressure machine to find our perfect mattress. Sorted the delivery out for us to a date suitable for us.

Amazing customer service
Steve at the Junction 32 store was amazing. We went in with a particular mattress in mind but Steve helped us further by checking that this met our requirements taking time to discuss the benefits of alternative options. It was truly fantastic service. Well done Steve!

A visit to Bensons for beds at Castleford.
When we visited the store we were greeted by Jude who asked us what we were looking for and then we were invited to try the test bed to help determine what type of bed would be best for us. Jude then advised us which beds we should try, we were left to try them in our own time under no pressure. when we picked a bed she sorted out the paperwork and arranged a delivery date which happened on time. It was a pleasant experience and not the chore that I was expecting.
