Initial quote included a firm mattress and a medium mattress for a king sized adjustable bed. When invoicing the price shot up. Enough said.

Costumer service was very great, I was overwhelmed.

Andrew the salesman was very helpful and polite. I had a few queries and he was able to help with them. Great choice to pick from.

Wonderful experience staff were super helpful and answered all my questions.

Amma was nice. She let me look round and gave me advice when I had questions. She helped me get a good deal.

After visiting other bed shops it was nice to have. Salesperson that listened to what we wanted and our budget. They didn’t try to make us spend more as others had. Very good service

I had a wonderful experience with Michael the representative at New Charlton. He listened to my needs, navigated me around an enormous shop expertly explaining the specific mattresses that he thought would work best, and was sensitive to helping find a good deal through the sale period.
I was really impressed with his care and attention- particularly his non-pushy sales approach that built confidence and ultimately got a great sale for Benson’s! He is a true ambassador for the firm. Worth saying - I am a repeat customer because of his last service. Well done!

The staff was very attentive to my needs and everything that was agreed was met.
The delivery guys for my bed was friendly and assemble my bed unit very fast and efficient.

We waited 11 months for the bed to be delivered, this after 2 deliveries were cancelled with no explanation. We were told we would be compensated however we have not received any emails nor phone calls concerning this. I have emailed several times but have had no response from you, which I find unacceptable . I want a response immediately.

One of the most laughable experiences I’ve ever had. This business is selling beds they do not have in stock while saying they are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We ordered a bed from the store in Charlton & were told the bed was in stock for delivery on Dec 6th. On Dec 15th we were told it would be delivered on 3rd of Jan. Then on Dec 27th we were told it would be delivered on the 25th Jan. When we spoke to the customer service representative we were told that this kind of thing happens all the time with Bensons & that there was nothing they could do other than offer us £50 off…which is about 3% of the total purchase cost. Or they could stretch to a £100 Bensons voucher 😅 As if we would take a voucher for this service all over again!? What an insult. This business is suffering from a lousy PE-backed business model & is clearly terribly run. AVOID.

After waiting nearly a month for a mattress I was told on the morning of delivery that the mattress never left the warehouse in Scotland to then be left a message to say there were none in stock. Then to add insult to injury I receive an email saying “as requested” it will now be arriving on the 4th of Jan. which I never requested and they think I want to pay for delivery, after I already took a day off to wait in I’m now expected to take another day off on the 4th. Disgusted and want a refund. I would rather buy from anywhere else.

I had a great experience at Benson for Beds. The lady who helped me (I can’t remember her name but she was black/African) had great customer service skills. She defo needs to be praised! She was able to effectively find a mattress that I wanted using the specifications I gave to her and also had excellent product knowledge.
