Great customer service at the Charlton shop and great product. Love our Bergamo bed and the memory foam mattress is super comfy... to top it all up my hubby says the frame was super simple to assemble. very happy customers

The quality of mattresses is good but…
The quality of mattresses is good but the waiting time for about a month it is ridiculous, when you pay something I expect to be delivered within a week or ten days , apart from that you have to pay 40£ Delivery fee when you spent £1000 in the store !

I was decisive to buy when I visited…
I was decisive to buy when I visited the shop but I think I paid a lot, I visited similar brands the following week and it was a better price for great products. My wardrobe was delivered in 7-8 weeks. The door is damaged and I am still waiting for the new one!
