The staff in the shop was very helpful in helping my mum and myself choose the right mattress for ourselves that would accommodate our budget.

I asked in store if you had a service to take old bed away
I asked in store if you had a service to take old bed away and was told yes. After paying I then found out afterwards I had to dismantle the bed myself. I’m a disabled person and that’s why I paid for the old bed to be taken as I’m not able myself to do it.
I then get given a silly early delivery which meant I had to get my son to dismantle the bed the night before leaving me without a bed to sleep on.

I’m very pleased with whole procedure.
I spent quite a while in the showroom either a very patient salesman who explained the differences of the mattresses I was trying. The delivery was excellent and I paid for collection of my old mattress, which they bagged up and took away. The 40 day trial has given me peace of mind in case I have made a bad choice and the price was very reasonable. All in all I am very pleased with the whole procedure.

Superb service start to finish
Superb service start to finish. Absolutely recommend Chesterfield showroom, sales staff member took time to help us as much as we needed, helped us feel valued as customers.
