The staff in the shop was very helpful in helping my mum and myself choose the right mattress for ourselves that would accommodate our budget.

Great service and knowledge
We were approached and helped by the store manager Shaun. Was very helpful and knowledgeable and we didnt get a hard sell. Answered all our questions thoroughly and showed us the different options in the store in different price ranges and left us to test mattresses on our own with no pressure.
We went back later after looking in other stores and purchased. Very happy with both the service and price. Purchase was put through by a different gentleman and he too was very helpful and friendly.
Will definately recommend purchasing from this store.

No sleep lost
A great experience. I visited my local store and was greeted by Sean who understood my needs and explained and demonstrated the available options. I soon made a decision and the payment was easily made and a delivery date agreed. It arrived today, seven minutes into the two hour window. The three guys were courteous and professional and reminded me to contact Bensons if I had any issues.

We were treated courteously and not pressured and allowed time to weigh up our options.
The bed frame is solid and one we are familiar with. The price was good with unexpected extras. All aspects of the transaction were covered in a logical manner which gave us confidence in the deal.

Friendly and accomodating…
The shop assistant was very friendly and accommodating. Another assistant made me a coffee whilst we sorted the paperwork after the mattress was chosen.
My opinions were taken into consideration. I was accommodated for my disability by being allowed to use the lift to access the 1st floor room.
I was told the delivery driver would also remove my old mattress on delivery of my new mattress and was given a complimentary boxed, spray system for caring for my new purchase and the assistant even gave me his own bag for life to carry it in as I don't drive and I needed to go.into town.

Salesman couldn't have been more helpful. We were kept well updated about the delivery time. The delivery men were polite and assembled our bed. We are really pleased with our purchase. So glad we went to Bensons For Beds.

New bed, new frame hopefully a better night's sleep and no more sciatica pain
I needca new mattress snd bed frame. My old one was an IKEA frame which is now too low to ground and the matress was aggravating my sciatica. The person we saw at the store was very friendly and informative. We went there a couple of times as I couldn't decide shaggy to do. We saw the same person who recognised us, again he was very patient. Eventually after alot deliberating I bought a bed and an ottoman frame. He was very informative about the cost and with hus help, blue light card and the black Friday deals git something I could afford. Time will tell if I made the right decision, but the experience was very pleasant

I had Darroll helping me pick out my new mattress. He helped me decide what firmness I wanted and worked around my budget. He was very honest and a great help!

Helpful assistant. He served us in 2014 when we last bought new mattresses and a bed. No pressure was put on me and I appreciated his guidance and the chance to test the mattresses.
