Buying the bed was easy
Buying the bed was easy. I was helped and guided as to which bed I required. The delivery was excellent. The old bed removed and the new one set up where I wanted it. All packaging etc. taken away. Steve and Josh very friendly, courteous and efficient.

Great service in Chesterfield store
Purchased IGel 3000 bed to replace our old IGel mattress, but found it was not of the same comfort as the old one so went back in and upgraded to the IGel 4000 which is amazing. When we went back in we also decided to purchase a new bed frame.
Great service all round and nothin go was too much trouble in store.

Very impressed with my first experience
From this first experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
The service was excellent from the moment we entered the store to when the delivery staff installed the headboard and divan.

Sean was a great help!
Sean was a great help working with us to find our new mattress. We visited near closing time midweek and we never felt rushed. I can certainly say I learnt a bit about different mattresses and it was great to try some out prior to purchase. We were also shown pillows and talked through pillow options, which we also opted to buy, along with mattress recycling. Thanks Sean, a real asset to the business!

Really easy buying process
Really easy buying process, we sort of knew what we were looking for but Daryl (sorry if spelt wrong) pointed out a few we would like, he was really nice and funny and importantly felt not pushy at all it was really easy to buy the mattress and find the one we wanted. No hard sell. Left to look around ourselves . When required Darrell who served us was very helpful. Explaining about different mattresses and what would be best , even did a test , then showed us our options. Excellent advise .

Huge range of bases & matteras
Huge range of bases & matteras, great prices . Customer service team at Bensons are fantastic . The matteras I ordered from Qvc has still not arrived, I contacted Bensons for Beds, I was booked in for the base to come the very next day, which really I should have notified them 5 days prior, but Qvc customer service was terrible , all they kept saying is are matteras was coming from manufacturer. So Bensons managed to cancel the delivery & fitting slit, for a weeks time, on the date the matteras is coming . Thank you for your great customer service.
