Great experience right from going into store to chat to Malcolm and placing order, and to delivery. Phone call letting us know exactly what time they would be with us, shoes off at the door and straight up stairs. Everything went so smoothly and my husband put together the bed in no time. Very simple and all parts and tools provided. This is not our first purchase from Bensons, excellent service as always.

A clean, bright and spacious shop, with staff that were polite, helpful, but not pushy. Understood what we wanted and listened and offered advice when and where needed, made for a good experience, shop.

The sales lady was very helpful
The sales lady was very helpful, but there was a nan in the shop hoovering. We could barely hear ourselves think!
He knew we were struggling but continued. I could see the sales lady was quite upset by this man's behaviour.
