Very present experience
Very present experience, we spoke to Max who helped us find out which bed was best for us and clearly spoke us through all the options. If you don't know what firmness you like or need the sleep pro machine they have is a cool bit of kit. Also the knowledge max has about mattresses is pretty impressive.

Bensons Beds of Colchester Superb Store
We visited Bensons Beds of Colchester and was served by a wonderful lady called Chelsie . Her knowledge of all the different mattresses and bed bases was faultless . Chelsie understood the big financial cost involved with us wishing to buy a bed and a mattress at the same time. She supported us professionally which enabled us to make the correct purchase for our needs. She was patient and there was no "pushy" sales technique used. I would thoroughly recommend this store for great customer service and the vast amount of choices available . Thank you Bensons Beds Colchester .

Excellent pre sale and pre delivery…
Excellent pre sale and pre delivery experience. Lots of helpful communication throughout. Very helpful store staff. Delivery and construction of x2 wardrobes and x4 bedside cabinets similarly very good. The fitters were very swift, very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately on arrival the wardrobes had split backboards, damaged base and other minor issues. The fitters were excellent in pointing these out. Will have to wait for replacement parts from the German manufacturer which is disappointing having spent £3k on the furniture.
