Intasar was lovely and really helpful walking us through the process of buying our mattress for our first home!

We were in the Benson store in Coventry on Gallagher retail park on December 28 and 29. Very nice and pleasant service, very nice and kind employees but we especially wanted to thank Mr. Intasar for very, very nice, professional service to us. The gentleman is a 100% professional seller and advisor, he has a lot of knowledge, if everyone approached the customer like Mr. Intasar, everyone would be happy.Thank you Intasar

Instore assistant very helpful. However, despite being assured that the items were available for delivery prior to Christmas, and on the strength of that, placed the order at the end of November, having checked the online order tracker the delivery date has been changed to end of January. No notification of change of date. Now without a bed till the end of January.

We had a really good experience in the store, the staff were super helpful but left us alone when we needed to be. The whole process was excellent and we are confident we have selected the right mattress for us.

The only downer really is that it is going to take a long time from ordering the mattress to it being delivered.

I think it’s difficult to know what you need in a mattress by lying on it for a couple of minutes. The support of sales colleagues is very important to focus on what will make a difference and I thought Akram helped us a lot.

The customer service was outstanding. They listened to what I needed and showed me my options. There was no hard sale I at no time felt pressured. Aftercare was explained to me. Just waiting for my delivery. I was on my own and felt comfortable and valued as a customer.
