1st class service from the staff in the shop very informative and helpful i never realised what we were missing. Nothing was too much trouble and no pressure to buy. We did purchase and waa kept informed on the making delivery date waa given on purchase and a 3hr slot which is really better than just anytime. Delivery guys were very nice indeed they took the bed upstairs with care brilliantly.

They were polite and helpful and left my bedroom spotless.
All packaging was removed.

The lady at the Derby branch is amazing
The (South African) lady at the Derby branch (meteor centre) was very kind and helpful. She also kept the store open an additional 15 minutes for my wife to show up and choose the mattress. She gave us a wide choice, helped us choose wisely. The best £2000 we have spent.

I was struggling online to do my order so I thought I would go into the derby store where I was met by an older woman who did not want to entertain anything I asked from her or help with my enquiry if it wasn't for Jessica who I emailed I would never choose bensons for my mattress the woman in the store had an awfull attitude and was no help what so ever , I also work for bensons and would never treat my customers they way she did .

Great staff Great service Great Matress.
The Salesperson was very knowledgeable and she guided us around the store to just what we wanted.
I received multiple emails during the time from order to delivery.
The delivery went well with the delivery team recycling the old matress and carrying the new matress through our home to the bedroom without damaging anything.
