Really pleased with Bensons for beds delivery team. We had a phone call to say that they were on their way. They were polite and helpful and left my bedroom spotless. All packaging was removed.... Voir plus

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a mattress!
I think this is the best store to look for mattresses in Derby. I went to several stores including Dreams and this was by far the best!
There are more than 20 mattresses to trial on and the variety is amazing. The prices are quite attractive. There is also a SleepPro device from Benson which can be used to change the degree of firmness and help decide what mattress to buy. The salesperson can enlighten more regarding SleepPro.
The salesperson- Aman was amazing as she helped us buy the right mattress and also made us aware of the various add ons while purchasing the mattress.
There is plenty of space for car park.
Old mattresses are taken back but for a charge.
Overall- had a great experience !!!

We visited Bensons after visiting a competitor first who's employees where too busy talking to assist us. Ave went through all the mattresses with us to explain the differences and discuss the kind of thing we were looking for. He was extremely helpful and then gave us space to decide what we wanted.

Stress free experience
It was a good experience buying my new bed because I was given time to reflect and try a chosen selection without being hasseled to make a purchase which obviously I did in the end. The salesman was helpful but not overbearing which was most appreciated.

Excellent sales service
We went into the branch at the Meteor Centre in Derby, we had a walk around looking at the different beds and asked the person that was working (Jai) for some advice on the beds, he was very helpful and knowledgeable he took the time to explain and see which bed catered our needs. We didn’t feel pushed into buying a bed like in some shops you go in, we even said we were going to go away and think about it which we did for a hour then we went back and decided on the Aura TV Ottoman bed, we can’t wait for our new bed to arrive now Thank you Jai for being really helpful!
Definitely recommend Bensons for Beds, especially Jai!

Good service
The store was clean, well laid out with a good variety of beds. The salesman understood our needs and recommended the right bed, he was courteous and polite, not pushy.
