Helpful staff, great bed
On our 3 visits to the store the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The bed is sturdy and was very reasonably priced. It was easy to build and looks good.

We were met by James at the East…
We were met by James at the East Kilbride store. Tbh if it was not for James, I probably wouldn’t have bought anything but would have gone online and not been satisfied. Instead, we have come away with new mattresses, a bed and have now come back to organise a wardrobe.

Everything from the show room experience to the delivery is outstanding. Customer service is exemplary. Communication with the customer is very clear, professional but friendly. Excellent customer service
The customer service was excellent
Explained everything clearly about all the various beds and mattresses. Encouraged me to try out the various mattresses. Explained about the delivery and answered all my questions and concerns regarding dates times for delivery and also preparation for the delivery. Also let me know I would be emailed 3 days before delivery. The assistant manager James and his colleague was very helpful.

I bought the Edgemont bed end of 2023…
I bought the Edgemont bed end of 2023 and there was an issue with an incorrect part.
Stuart at East Kilbride could not have been more helpful going the extra mile to help me and even speaking with the guys from Bensons that were building my bed.
Fast forward to today were I had another issue with my bed and I called and luckily spoke with Stuart again.
He is such a friendly helpful man that nothing is a bother for.
On both occasions he helped me and calmed me when I was frantic.
A credit to your company- I will never shop anywhere else now!

I bought a bed frame with a mattress…
I bought a bed frame with a mattress from Bensons. Unfortunately, the mattress I got has a terrible fit with the bed. Length-wise, it is nearly 2 inches shorter than the bed frame. Now, all my bedding under my bed (since it was an ottoman frame) gets dusty. I spent a lot of money buying them, and I am very dissatisfied with the product they delivered.

Highly recommend
We went in just to browse the mattresses. We really had no idea what we were looking for. Stuart was very helpful and really informative about all the different options we had. We got to try each and every mattress out and we really liked the fact he wasn't pushing us to go for the most expensive option. Highly recommend Bensons. If visiting, ask for Stuart.
