Bensons Eastbourne
Pleasant, knowledgeable, inviting staff who explain mattress types clearly and without putting pressure on the customer. Allowed customer to experiment with various types of mattress themselves and not stand over them but close at hand to answer any questions.

Bensons Beds in Eastbourne.
The signage above the unit is split between "Harveys" and"Benson Beds, and is a little confusing at first, perhaps a good idea would be to remove the "Harveys" sign and replace it with a full size "Benson Beds"sign, that aside,we met Justin, and he helped us choose a bed that suited our requirements, all in all, a good experience.

Excellent Service
We went to the shop at Sovereign Harbour Retail Village, Eastbourne.
From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with a very welcoming atmosphere.
We were in the market for a super king size bed and mattress, and Nick went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process.
Nick was extremely helpful and he helped us place our order with ease. His knowledge and expertise were evident.
We are grateful for Nick's excellent customer service and would like to commend him for his outstanding work.
