Bensons for Beds from ordering in the Eastbourne Showroom to delivery were excellent. Kept me informed of progress every step of the way. Adam at Eastbourne Showrooms was brilliant with his advice and Phil & Yan the delivery guys were friendly & helpful & did a great job assembling my new bed & headboard. Very happy customer, would highly recommend Bensons for Beds. 10/10 from me 😊

I was quoted one price on the day I…
I was quoted one price on the day I viewed the mattress (25th August) but on returning to place the order a few days later the price had suddenly jumped by a significant amount - on deciding to reject the new price it suddenly dropped somewhat, but I still paid £50 more than the original quote which annoyed me.

I popped into the Eastbourne store to…
I popped into the Eastbourne store to look at beds, vaguely knowing what I might want. Liam showed me the options without being pushy, just knowledgeable and interested in his job. The staff were fun and obviously got on well. I purchased a small double TV bed with ottoman storage, soft mattress, annd delivery with assembly and I’m very pleased with it.

Not an easy decision, so much choice!
I visited this store with no idea how to choose a bed base, mattress and headboard. Martin was patient in asking me what I wanted and pointing me in the right direction. I came away with a quote for two different mattresses, base and headboard.
I went back two days later with my daughter for support. James was able to discuss each mattress and my choice was made. Unfortunately James was engaged with other customers at this time, so Mackye was confidently able to finalise my order.
I look forward to receiving my bed

I needed a new mattress and after…
I needed a new mattress and after reviewing a number of options I decided to try out Bensons.
The sales representative (Adam) was very helpful and knowledgeable making the process of finding what I needed very easy. He advised on the aftercare procedure and on how things would progress once the order was placed.
The company keep you informed by texts or email on the production of the mattress which is built to order and when to expect delivery. On the day of delivery a text providing a link shows where your delivery is on the rota, which is useful.
Delivery was quick, smooth and efficient and the guys were friendly and helpful.
I have had the mattress for a week now and can say it's really good to sleep on.
