Liam the lad that showed us around was brilliant. We were in there for about an hour and a half and he let us try out various beds till we found the right one, we then found the right mattress and headboard. We would definitely use him again.

The service both in store choosing a mattress and pillows and the delivery service were really good. In store we were not pushed for time or to make a decision and we had very good advice.

From ordering to delivery it went smoothly and stress free, we were kept informed with emails and texts messages every step of the way with letting us know what we had ordered and when it was being prepared to delivery time slot and letting us know exactly what time on the day with ringing when outside the back,which is what I requested when ordering in store. Thank you for James, driver and keitinde drivers assistant for a polite and professional service.well done Bensons for beds,I would definitely recommend.

Salesman/delivery was very helpful
Salesman at branch was very helpful in choosing correct headboard and base unit to the point of measuring units for a correct fit in our bedroom also advising what type of ottoman unit for ease of use, delivery was first class, guys taking units to bedroom assembling them and fitting mattress, explaining how ottoman unit works.

Fantastic in-store service (Eastbourne)
Liam from the Eastbourne branch was absolutely fantastic. We had such amazing service and Liam was super patient, despite me taking a really long time to decide which mattress to go for. I felt genuinely looked after and was shown a really good range of options suited to my needs, and given plenty of time to try all of them.
Would highly recommend going into the store over buying online as the experience is much better and you leave without worrying if you’ve picked the wrong option.

The gentleman (I believe his name was…
The gentleman (I believe his name was Mac or Macley, sorry I lost the invoice with his name on!) in the shop was very attentive and helpful with helping me and my partner to decide on the right mattress. We are in love with it, and couldn't be happier. However, the delivery men could have been more friendlier, as they walked straight past me into the bedroom without acknowledging me. I found this to be slightly rude, but did appreciate that they had a heavy mattress.
