Having had a good experience in the store my wife and I purchased a new bed, mattress and headboard which was delivered within a couple of weeks. That was as good as it got.

Now for the bad.
1. Headboard one which came with the bed was the right headboard, but the wrong material. But as we needed a headboard we kept it awaiting the replacement.
2. Head two was damaged in transit and returned.
3. Headboard three looked better until we noticed a run of metal staples on full view running the length of the top of the headboard. But at least it was the right material so we kept this one and returned headboard one, whilst awaiting headboard 4.
4. Headboard 4 arrived with staples visible all down one side of the headboard.

So 4 months after ordering our bed and headboard we are still waiting. Having spent a fair bit on the headboard we are not willing to accept this poor workmanship and if this does not get resolved soon will look at further options to get this matter resolved.

When we asked for some help the sales person was very helpful.
We found the bed set we wanted at a good price . Delivery time was good easy to arrange . Just an easy shopping experience . Thank you would use again .

The shop assistant was friendly but not pushy. We looked around at our leisure and when we were ready to ask questions he was informative and made sure we had all the info we needed.

Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy

We were able to test every (and I mean EVERY) bed with no hassle from sales personnel.
One of the staff introduced themselves and said they were happy to answer any questions we may have, but we weren't followed around, or continually asked how we were getting on.
When we did have a question it was answered without a sales pitch as to why we should buy the more expensive of our short listed mattresses.
We left the shop after about an hour for a cuppa to mull over our pros and cons for each mattress we had narrowed our choice down to, and when we went back (which showed our intent to buy) we were still left to make our own choice.
When we made our decision the sales person went through everything thoroughly.
We're now looking forward to the arrival of our new Tempur mattress ( with free pillows!)
