I'm happy with the service, Sam was really helpfull, and went out of her way to help. The only thing I would say was the lights in the store were to bright, could only stay in store for an hour as had a headache.

Useful website to research what we were looking for, followed up by a great in-store experience helped by the Folkestone store assistant Starr. She clearly explained the options, features of the sofabed and delivery details. We await delivery due in early March.
